APPOINTMENT POLICIES
Please read before booking!
DEPOSIT:
Is required to book, will go towards remaining balance.
NO CALL / NO SHOW:
If you're a no call no show you will be banned 🚫 from booking and charged a 50% of the remaining balance.
LATE FEES:
You are given a 5 minute grace period, after 10 minutes, a late fee will apply. If you are 15 minutes or more late appointment will be cancelled (Deposit is non refundable).
CANCELLATION: Are non refundable❌.
RESCHEDULE POLICY:
If you reschedule, please do so 48 hours before appointment. If not deposit not refund.
HAIR WASH:
service is included, please make sure to put in your appointment note and come 10 minutes early to appointment.
BRAIDING HAIR: is included if you want more than 1 colors a fee of $7 per bag will apply may or may not have, put color in notes. Extra thick/long hair will be a $15 fee, volume of hair will require extra install time.
NO EXTRA GUESTS:
If they are not getting hair done. I prefer you to book with no plans and no extra guest day of appointment. Again NO EXTRA GUEST!!!!! will be banned 🚫 from booking.
